Melbourne Airport
Bison United partnered with Melbourne Airport in 2019 and continue to document major construction projects both on the airfield and land side. Using advanced timelapse technology, on site videos, aerial drone footage and photography, we are APAM’s preferred supplier for all aviation construction visual documentation. Bison procured a specific tethered drone system for the Taxiway Zulu construction project and were first to fly on the Airport airfield, communicating not only construction milestones but dramatic footage of the grounded aircraft during the pandemic. Stakeholders and public news channels, both print, online and TV broadcast used the media to report during this unprecedented time. 2022 sees the recommencement of the T4 Express Link major project, a very exciting site to document upgrades for Melbourne Airport.
